  • Successful Steps for a Profitable Fundraiser
  • We strive to provide all the tools and information necessary to ensure your fundraising success and make your financial goals.  Here are some tips in holding a successful and profitable fundraiser event:  

Select a fundraising products and incentive program from Best In Class Fundraisers
Hold a planning session - Set financial goals,a  fundraising time frame (we recommend 2 weeks for a fundraiser), student incentives and other details.
Alert the community about the fundraiser.
Promote the fundraiser through parent letters, posters, community announcements, etc.
Hold a "Kick-off" assembly / rally, which will educate the participants on the fundraiser program & incentives and build enthusiasm to reach the fundraising goals
Start the fundraiser. Make sure all participants receive the fundraising materials.
Monitor progress and provide encouragement and incentives to keep the participants motivated.
Once the fundraiser sell time is complete, collect the order forms and the money.
Tally the results.
Email or fax the order forms (or Tally Sheet) to Best In Class Fundraisers.  (FedEx may be used for bigger orders, please call Best In Class if you have more than 50 order forms).  Keep your profit and mail a payment to Best In Class fundraisers for our portion of the fundraiser.
Schedule a delivery date for the fundraising products with Best In Class Fundraisers
Set a time and place for participants and parents to meet an pick up the delivered products.  Have some parents or participants volunteer to help distribute the products in an orderly fashion.
Check for damaged products and any mis-orders and make the necessary arrangements with Best In Class for replacements.
Have the participants deliver their products that they sold.  A personal thank you note from the participant won't hurt.
Enjoy the fruits of your labor and start thinking of  ways to improve your next fundraiser.
